1. Scope of application

The present reimbursement conditions affect any service paid through this web page, the Service Provider being the following company:

2. Full refund conditions

The services purchased on this website can be refunded 100% of the amount paid only if they are canceled in the following period of time:

  • Subscription in directories: From the transaction until before the start of the campaign.
  • Advertising in Adwords: From the transaction to before the campaign configuration.
  • Organic SEO campaigns: From the transaction to before the design of the campaign.
  • Web and app design: From the transaction to before the start of the previous design.
  • Content management: From the transaction to before the preparation of the content.
  • Social networks administration: From the transaction until before the start of the configuration of the different social networks.
  • Web hosting: From the transaction until before the configuration of the web hosting.

 

3. Partial refund conditions

Once the services purchased on this website have been started, there is the possibility of partial reimbursement of the amount paid based on these conditions:

  • Subscription in directories: Once the advertising campaign has started, this service is not refundable.
  • Advertising in Adwords: The campaign will be stopped and the amount of unrealized advertising will be credited. The campaign setup and maintenance fees for the active period of the campaign will not be refundable.
  • Organic SEO campaigns: Only the amount paid for maintenance will be refundable in the periods in which the policyholder has already withdrawn from the service. The design of the campaign will not be refundable.
  • Web and app design: The contract of both parties already specifies the different stages of the project and the possibility of abandoning each of them with the corresponding reimbursement.
  • Content management: All that content that the Service Provider has not published on the Taker's websites and that has already been paid for. According to the agreed budget, each item will have a stipulated price, so that will be the refund to be issued.
  • Social networks administration: Only the maintenance of the previously paid and canceled periods will be refundable. The configuration of the social networks will not be refundable.
  • Web hosting: Only monthly periods previously canceled at least 5 days prior to the end of the month will be refundable. In the case of domains, the billing period is annual and even if it is canceled beforehand, it cannot be refunded any part.

 

4. Reimbursement conditions for disagreement or breach of contract

In these cases, action will be taken based on what is indicated in the clauses of the contract signed by both parties, specific to each project.

 

5. Procedure for refunds

The refund will normally be made by the same payment method that was made for the purchase of the service and will be made within 5 business days after the acceptance of the refund by the Service Provider. In case of bank transfer , the Policyholder must present to the Provider, a certificate of ownership of said account.

 

6. Dispute Resolution

Online dispute resolution in consumer matters in accordance with Art. 14.1 of Regulation (EU) 524/2013: The European Commission provides an online dispute resolution platform that is available at the following link: ONLINE DISPUTES.

 

7. Applicable law and jurisdiction

To resolve any dispute arising from the service provided, it will be submitted to the Courts and Tribunals of United Kingdom.
